Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. Your 14-day trial starts the moment you sign up with your email. No card required. You'll only be asked for payment when you choose to subscribe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between Starter, Pro, and Power anytime from your account settings as your coaching hours change. Stripe prorates the difference.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account pauses: no charge, no data loss. You can pick up where you left off by subscribing whenever you're ready. We don't auto-charge or surprise you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your account settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no hoops. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact support@pertch.app and we'll issue a full refund. After 7 days, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
Is there a team or enterprise plan?
Not yet. Pertch is built for individual sellers first. We may introduce team features in the future, but only after the individual experience is proven. No per-seat pricing, no manager dashboards.
