Pertch never records or stores your call audio. It's transcribed live and immediately discarded. The text transcript and a post-call summary are saved privately to your account for 30 days so you can review the call, then permanently deleted. There's no audio recording, and your sessions are private to you.

Yes, to the providers that run the service: a speech-to-text provider transcribes your audio in real time (processed in memory, never stored by them), and an AI provider receives rolling transcript excerpts to generate your coaching prompts and post-call summary. Pertch never records your call audio, but it does create a text transcript that's saved to your private account for 30 days. Consent and call-monitoring laws vary by jurisdiction. Yes. Pertch works with any meeting platform that runs in a browser tab. You share the tab audio via Chrome's built-in tab sharing: no extensions, no plugins, no desktop app.

Prompts appear within 5-15 seconds of the relevant moment. The system evaluates the conversation continuously, with full-call memory, and surfaces a coaching cue only when there is a useful move available.

Three are available today: Decisive (reduce hesitation and lock in next steps), Qualify (confirm the deal is real), and Screen (qualify fast on high-volume calls). You pick one per session. Two more (Reframe and Consultative) are in development.

Yes. You pick a methodology before the call, and you can switch it from the live HUD anytime the conversation changes direction. The coach applies the new lens immediately, without stopping your session.

No. Pertch requires tab audio sharing, which only works when your meeting runs in a browser tab. If you use the Zoom desktop app, you'd need to join via the browser instead.
