Features

Built for sellers who want to stay sharp, not surveilled.

Every feature in Pertch exists to help you close more deals during the call, not after. No dashboards, no analytics, no manager oversight. Just you and better conversations.

Core capabilities

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Three coaching methodologies

Decisive, Qualify, and Screen. Each tuned for a different call moment. Choose the one that fits before you start. (Reframe and Consultative are in development.)

DecisiveQualifyScreen

Your audio is never recorded

Your call audio is transcribed live and never stored: no recordings, no playback. The text transcript is saved privately to your account for 30 days so you can review it, then permanently deleted.

5-15 second prompts

Coaching cues appear within seconds of the relevant moment. Short enough to glance at without breaking eye contact. One prompt at a time, never a wall of text.

Works with any meeting

Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex. If it runs in a browser tab, Pertch can coach through it. No plugins, no extensions, no desktop app required.

Privacy by design

Your call audio is never stored. No manager dashboard, no team analytics, no CRM sync. Pertch is a personal tool. Your sessions and transcripts are private to you and never shared.

No manager oversight

Built for individual sellers, not sales ops. No dashboards, no team leaderboards, no analytics exports. Just you and better calls.

Also included

The details that make the difference.

Passwordless sign-in

No passwords to remember. Enter your email, type the 6-digit code we send you, and you're in. Secure, fast, and frictionless.

Personal coaching goals

Set the things you're working on (sharper discovery, holding price, fewer next-step misses) and Pertch weights its prompts toward what you're trying to improve.

Full-call memory

Pertch keeps a running memory of the entire call and weighs the latest exchange against it. It tracks objections, open questions, and commitments across the whole conversation, not just the last sentence.

Prompt feedback loop

Thumbs up or down on every prompt, live, or on the post-call review screen. Your feedback tunes future prompts so the coaching gets sharper over time.

Post-call review

After each call, see the full transcript, a structured summary (objections, next steps, key takeaways), and every prompt you saw. Sessions stay in your private history for 30 days.

Minimal UI, maximum focus

The coaching interface shows one prompt at a time in a compact HUD. No sidebars, no panels, no distracting analytics. Glance and go.

The Decisive Method

A practical lens for hesitation, risk, and next steps.

The Decisive Method helps Pertch recognize moments when a buyer is interested but stuck. Instead of dumping generic advice, the coach looks for hesitation, surfaces the cost of inaction, and suggests a cleaner path forward in language the seller can use immediately.

Read the room

Monitors for hesitation, unresolved risk, or a missing next step. Knows when to stay quiet and when to surface a move.

Surface one move

One contextual prompt: a question to ask, a cost to name, or a clear path to offer. Never a wall of text.

Stay out of the way

Prompts are short by design. The seller stays present with the buyer: glance, absorb, keep talking.

Methodologies

Three lenses. One per session.

Each methodology is tuned for a different call moment. Choose the lens that fits before you start.

Decisive

Hesitation & next steps

Detects when a buyer is interested but stuck. Surfaces the cost of inaction and suggests a concrete next step the seller can offer immediately.

Example prompts:

  • "What's the cost of waiting another quarter on this?"
  • "Would it help to map out what the first 30 days look like?"
  • "What would need to be true for you to move forward this week?"
Qualify

Fit & authority

Identifies gaps in qualification: missing budget confirmation, unclear decision-maker, or vague timeline. Prompts the right discovery question.

Example prompts:

  • "Who else would need to sign off on this?"
  • "Is there a budget allocated for this initiative already?"
  • "What's driving the timeline you mentioned?"
Screen

Qualify fast on volume calls

Built for high-volume inbound where speed matters. Confirms budget exists, finds who has authority, validates real need vs. nice-to-have, and pins down timeline, so you move on or move forward quickly.

Example prompts:

  • "Is this a priority your team is actively budgeting for?"
  • "Who has the authority to greenlight something like this?"
  • "Given your timeline, would it make sense to revisit this next quarter?"

Two more methodologies, Reframe (challenge the status quo) and Consultative (build trust, uncover pain), are in development.

A day in the life

What using Pertch actually looks like.

9:02 AM

First call of the day: cold outbound to a VP of Engineering

You open Pertch in a second tab, select Qualify, and share your Zoom tab. The call starts. Two minutes in, the VP mentions they're "evaluating options" but you haven't asked who else is involved. Pertch nudges: "Who else is part of this evaluation?" You ask. Turns out there's a committee of four. You just saved yourself from pitching to someone who can't sign.

10:30 AM

Discovery call with a warm inbound lead

You switch to Qualify. The prospect describes their problem, but you haven't quantified what it's actually costing them. Pertch surfaces: "What happens downstream when that issue isn't resolved?" You ask it. The prospect opens up about a $2M revenue impact you wouldn't have uncovered otherwise.

2:15 PM

Follow-up with a prospect who went dark

You use Decisive. The prospect says they "need more time to think." Pertch catches the hesitation and suggests: "What would need to be true for you to feel confident moving forward?" The prospect reveals they're worried about implementation timeline. You address it directly and book a technical deep-dive for next week.

4:00 PM

Screening call with a questionable lead

You select Screen. Within 5 minutes, Pertch surfaces: "Their current solution seems to cover this. Is there a specific gap?" The prospect admits they're mostly just "exploring." You politely wrap in 12 minutes instead of wasting 45. That's 33 minutes back for a real opportunity.

Intentional constraints

What we deliberately left out.

Most sales tools add features until they become surveillance platforms. Pertch is opinionated about what it won't do.

No audio recording

We never record your call audio. It exists only in memory during the session and is discarded the moment it's transcribed. There's no audio file to replay or leak.

No manager dashboard

There's no manager dashboard where your boss can review your calls, score your performance, or compare you to teammates. Your transcripts are visible to no one but you.

No conversation analytics

No talk-to-listen ratios, no sentiment scores, no "engagement metrics." We believe real improvement comes from better habits, not more dashboards.

No CRM integration

Pertch doesn't push data into Salesforce, HubSpot, or anywhere else. Your coaching is private. We don't create artifacts that can be used against you.

No team leaderboards

No gamification, no rankings, no "top performer" badges. Competition with teammates isn't coaching, it's pressure. Pertch helps you compete with yourself.

No bot in your meeting

Pertch never joins your call as a participant. There's no bot in the attendee list, no "this meeting is being recorded" notice, nothing your prospect can see or hear.
